Medical Partnerships Director

Sollis Health is seeking a highly skilled Medical Partnerships Director to join our team in South Florida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with medical partners, drive sales growth, and build a robust external medical partner customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical partners, including specialty medical providers and healthcare organizations
  • Build and manage a regional B2B sales business, overseeing new business from lead generation through closing
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies and promotions, tailored to the local market
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create events, press, and publicity to support sales efforts
  • Establish medical specialist partners for our members to be referred to
  • Ensure that sales team continues to act as an advocate for patients in receiving excellent care and delivering on our brand promise
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5+ years proven track record of exceeding sales goals in the enterprise or medical sales space
  • Strong physician relationships in the Southern Florida market is preferred
  • Strong background in planning and executing effective sales strategies in a regional market
  • Prospecting, cold calling, and contract negotiation skills
  • Experience managing sales team a plus
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently
  • Creative thinker who can generate novel ways to access contacts and generate leads when traditional strategies aren't working
  • High proficiency with Salesforce, data visualization, and tracking of individual (and team) progress towards goals
