- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks, including belt adjustments, oiling, greasing, and cleaning of equipment.
- System Operations: Use your technical expertise to determine service requirements and ensure optimal system performance.
- Customer Communication: Represent the company in a positive manner to customers, contractors, and other trades, providing clear and concise information on service requirements and recommendations.
- Additional Services: Identify opportunities to provide additional services that benefit our customers, such as energy efficiency upgrades or system upgrades.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to share information and workload, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Submit required paperwork to the Service Coordinator in a timely manner.
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience working as a Service Helper or Service Technician in a residential or commercial environment.
- Certifications: Current HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training.
- Skills: Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software, working proficiency with handheld computers, and electrical knowledge.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in diverse conditions, including mechanical equipment rooms, extreme weather conditions, and elevated heights.
