You will be part of a skilled and dedicated team that values effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of food and supplies within budgetary constraints, ensuring adequate provisions for each meal.
- Provide expert guidance and administrative oversight for diet planning, menu development, and the preparation and serving of both standard and therapeutic diets.
- Ensure that meals are nutritious, appealing, and prepared consistently and promptly, adhering to established menus and dietary orders.
- Conduct interviews with residents and their families to gather dietary histories as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of dietary components in clinical records.
- Participate in regular meetings, including department head discussions and interdisciplinary care planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Must hold registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Serve Safe certification is required.
- Preferred experience of one to two years in management or supervisory roles.
