  • Oversee the Dietary Department within the facility
  • Ensure residents receive nourishing, appealing, and balanced meals tailored to their nutritional and dietary requirements
  • Execute supervisory duties in alignment with organizational policies and relevant regulations
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and train culinary staff and volunteers
  • Plan, delegate, and supervise work assignments
