Key Responsibilities:

As a Bank Loan Services Associate II, your duties will include:

  • Conducting daily maintenance and documentation for Syndicated Bank Loans across various Mutual Fund and Structured portfolios for multiple clients.
  • Processing transactions, recording receipts, and managing disbursements.
  • Performing daily cash balance reconciliations.
  • Generating daily roll-forward proofs of portfolio holdings and accrual data.
  • Preparing standard and customized reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Addressing customer inquiries on a daily basis.
  • Managing daily processing of bank loan notifications received from agent banks.
  • Collaborating with the Investment Manager on assigned portfolios, including trade input/settlement, fulfilling ad hoc requests, and providing daily reports per client specifications.
  • Working closely with mutual fund counterparts to deliver Loan-related reports for integration into the final NAV Calculation.
  • Identifying any unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activities during daily operations and reporting/escalating as per corporate policies and relevant procedures.
  • Undertaking additional tasks as required.

Salary Range:
$43,680 - $62,400 Annual
