Chief Sales Strategist for Senior Living Communities

Cedarhurst Living is a reputable regional healthcare provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care and services to older adults. We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Sales Strategist to join our team at Cedar Creek of Bloomington Memory Care community.
As a Chief Sales Strategist, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents daily by driving occupancy and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and implementation. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding all occupancy and revenue goals by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the community's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing on revenue-generating activities to support the operations of the community
- Functioning as the primary contact for phone inquiries and walk-in visitors to drive occupancy
- Developing and executing outreach strategies to increase professional referrals
- Conducting needs assessments for prospective residents and their families to identify appropriate solutions
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in a provided database
- Collaborating with the Executive Director and sales teams to develop creative programs and initiatives
- Assisting staff members in maximizing opportunities for resident and family-member referrals
- Contributing to coaching sessions to explore strategic sales approaches
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years of successful sales experience in the senior living industry
- Demonstrated sales closing skills with a consistent record of high occupancy results
- CPR or BLS certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and any HR-related systems if applicable
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) Plan with company match.
