Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cellular Wholesale Sales Strategist to join our team at ConnectUs Corp. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee online selling and wholesale operations, managing relationships with wholesale customers, optimizing online sales strategies, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behaviors, and key metrics to optimize online sales channels (e.g., Amazon, Amazon FBA, eBay, Walmart, and others).
  • Implement best practices for product listings, merchandising, and user experience to enhance the buying process.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure all online channels are optimized for sell-through.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

Operations Management
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the eCommerce wholesale division for cellular devices, accessories, and other inventory.
  • Managing inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to wholesale customers.
  • Developing and executing strategies to optimize the wholesale buying process and increase efficiency.

You will also focus on:

Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Identifying and pursuing new wholesale customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing wholesale customers to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to create promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to drive sales growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the cellular device space.
  • Adjust sales strategies based on market insights to stay competitive.

Other responsibilities include:

Reporting and Analysis
  • Ensuring accurate forecasting of demand for cellular devices and accessories.
  • Working closely with purchasing and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels and product availability.
  • Serving as the point of contact for wholesale customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and order issues promptly.
  • Collaborating with the customer service team to resolve any challenges related to product availability, pricing, or delivery.
  • Ensuring all wholesale agreements, contracts, and pricing structures are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Managing negotiations for bulk purchases, pricing agreements, and terms with new and existing customers.
  • Providing regular reports to senior management on sales performance, customer acquisition, inventory status, and future projections.
  • Tracking key KPIs such as sales growth, order fulfillment rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce wholesale management, preferably in cellular devices or electronics.
  • Strong knowledge of cellular devices, accessories, and the wireless industry.
  • Proven experience with eCommerce platforms and online wholesale distribution.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and customer service teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with a focus on driving performance improvements.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
