Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Support Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service delivery to our customers, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving, with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for our equipment
  • Install and commission new systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective service strategies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical field, preferably in a service or engineering role
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and principles, with ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to travel extensively, including occasional overnight stays

Compensation:

Our competitive salary range for this role is $26-$28/hour, with opportunities for incentive pay based on performance.
