Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate daily analytical reports pertaining to the Player's Club.
  • Conduct daily reconciliations of jackpot slips between the HRM accounting system and the casino cage utilizing Microsoft Excel.
  • Examine various audit reports from the accounting system for each gaming day.
  • Compile, process, and organize documents that substantiate business transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Compare revenue reports from the slot accounting system against the state's accounting system revenue reports.
  • Prepare and distribute the daily Meter Win Report to senior management via Microsoft Outlook.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of all ticket-in/ticket-out slips from the casino cage.
  • Conduct daily audits of casino cage count sheets to ensure the accuracy of cash movements.
  • Maintain employee signature documentation meticulously.
  • Audit the Cash Storage Box Report and Cash Win Report on a daily basis.
  • Review paperwork for front desk agents, food & beverage cashiers, valet cashiers, and VIP Service cashiers daily.
  • Compile daily reports for Food & Beverage to monitor operational performance.
  • Organize and file documents in designated locations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to key control procedures.
  • Oversee the inventory, issuance, auditing, and retention of coupons and documents utilized in HRM operations, hotel operations, and food & beverage services.
  • Collaborate and respond to audits conducted by external agencies.
  • Assist employees, vendors, clients, or customers by addressing inquiries related to accounts, procedures, and services.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and guests.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Consistently follow the Company Service Standards model.
  • Be available to work a variety of hours, including holidays and weekends as necessary.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Regulatory and Compliance Responsibilities:
In addition to the aforementioned duties, each team member is responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, which includes:
  • Participating in mandatory training sessions provided by the company.
  • Obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses.
  • Executing duties in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Taking necessary measures to prevent minors from gambling or loitering in gaming areas, consuming alcoholic beverages, or purchasing tobacco.
  • Understanding the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relevant to their department.
  • Being knowledgeable about the Property's programs aimed at addressing problem gaming.
  • Reporting any known acts of wrongdoing.

Education, Training, and Experience:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Proficiency in the entire Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
Virginia Racing Commission License
Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience.

The noise level in the work environment typically ranges from moderate to loud, and the employee is expected to circulate throughout assigned areas, including observing players and the functioning of machines.
