Job Summary

Opportunity Bank of Montana is seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage loans, from initial disclosure to final approval.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with TRID regulations.
  • Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant flow through the process.
  • Prepare daily updates and communicate with loan officers and assistants.
  • Verify data and ensure loan applications meet guidelines and regulations.
  • Calculate income and review assets and liabilities for adherence to published guidelines.
  • Monitor rate lock information and communicate discrepancies to loan officers.
  • Prepare declination letters and ensure accurate disclosure of reasons for adverse action.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and 6 months of general office experience is preferred.
