Audit and Warranty Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process dealer requests for warranty labor and part rate increases, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Consolidate and analyze warranty audit reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to effectively communicate audit results and activities to stakeholders.
  • Analyze warranty reports to provide actionable insights and inform relevant stakeholders.
  • Document and standardize all audit processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide innovative and value-added insights to drive process improvements and enhance audit effectiveness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager, ensuring seamless execution of audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Information Technology security policies and maintain awareness of security best practices.
  • Responsible for the proper retention of electronic documents and business confidential information, demonstrating a commitment to safeguarding competitive information.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in warranty claim administration and processing, or in an internal audit or risk/compliance/consulting function.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and MS Office.
  • Strong automotive understanding and organizational skills.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to quality issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Must be able and willing to travel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Automotive technical knowledge and dealer service experience.
