Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Warranty Claims Specialist to join our team at Visionaire Partners. As a key member of our Warranty team, you will be responsible for reviewing warranty claims, evaluating component test findings, and providing support to dealers and field teams.

Responsibilities
  • Review warranty claims based on trend selection or filtered criteria for payment determination
  • Evaluate component test findings and supporting documentation
  • Escalate claims that require Manager review
  • Provide support to Dealers and Field through tickets submitted via ticketing tools
  • Provide warranty claim review for dealer consultations to support ongoing compliance initiatives
  • Support various Instructor Led Classroom Virtual and In Classroom Training events virtually and at remote Training Centers
  • Maintain/update data and publications on warranty quality topics for consistency between us (Audit, Warranty) and dealers
  • Assist with Quality Parts Processing administration pertaining to warranty part requested parts
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the warranty and audit functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements, ensure effective processes, and support cohesiveness, specifically the Audit Compliance Team and Logistics
  • Exercise prudent warranty costs payment through claim decision-making based on automotive experience (technical) and compliance of warranty policy
  • Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies
  • Additional duties as assigned by Warranty Manager and Senior Operations Manager
Requirements
  • 2+ years of automotive experience, including positions such as Technician, Shop Foreman, Warranty Specialist, Warranty Control Specialist, Warranty Operations Specialist, Warranty Analyst
  • Proficient with PC operations, Windows, Adobe, and other job-related applications
  • Excellent technical knowledge of automobiles
  • Professional, pleasant customer service-oriented phone manners
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Organized and statistically oriented
  • Self-motivated work ethic and process improvement mindset
  • Recognizes and responds with precision to quality issues discovered during daily work
  • Customer satisfaction and quality-driven mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, spelling, grammar, and composition skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the US. Sponsorships are not available.
