About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Miami Valley Hospital's Emergency and Trauma Center. This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, as well as a sign-on bonus and comprehensive health insurance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. They will also possess basic computer knowledge, strong organization skills, and effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards for patient care and demonstrate professionalism in practice.
  • Coordinated direct care delivered by the interdisciplinary team.
  • Accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
  • Valid Ohio RN license.
  • Current AHA BLS certification required at the time of hire.
  • 1 year of acute care hospital-based RN experience is required.
