Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial transactions and gather relevant documentation
- Develop and manage spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
- Record and categorize financial transactions (Accounts Payable/Receivable, accruals)
- Conduct audits and rectify discrepancies
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Generate financial reports and finalize accounting records
- Manage invoicing and collections for Accounts Receivable
- Process Accounts Payable transactions
- Monitor cash flow and financial health
- Liaise with clients and internal teams
- Perform additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Familiarity with multi-entity accounting structures
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Proficient in auditing and financial research
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Adaptable and open to new challenges
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

Preferred Skills:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as Sage Intacct
- Degree in Accounting or related field
