Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing a profit center, with a track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices, with periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
Compensation and Benefits

The total annual compensation range for this role is $140,000 - $275,000+, including base pay and variable compensation. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and more. Full-time associates are eligible for paid time off, 401(k), and an employee assistance program, while part-time associates have access to dental and vision coverage.
