Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grievance Coordinator I to join our team at Call the Car. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and document complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions and improve quality standards.
  • Identify trends in complaint categories and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience and at least 3 years of management/supervisory experience.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Screening and government exclusion list checks.
