Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment in both the workshop and field environments.
  • Deliver on-site services as required.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on both company-owned and rental equipment.
  • Assist in testing, tuning, and optimizing equipment for peak performance.
  • Monitor drilling and work-over rig activities, providing detailed reports on operations.
  • Propose enhancements to methods and performance to boost efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of job reports.
  • Support shop operations and make deliveries when possible.
  • Be available for 24-hour on-call duty.
  • Participate in Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Tailgate, and safety meetings relevant to ongoing operations.
  • Adapt to changing work environments and conditions effectively.
  • Demonstrate basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills as needed.
  • Engage in continuous training to broaden knowledge and expertise in operations and services.
  • Comply with Weatherford's Quality Policy and all requirements outlined in the Quality Systems Manual, Operating Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Complete work assignments to the highest quality standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors within the physical constraints of the role.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of relevant field experience.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; a two-year college degree is preferred.
  • General knowledge of products and services.
  • Mechanical aptitude for performing repairs.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Collaborative team player.
