BCBA Clinical Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop individual intervention plans to serve the needs of each BHW client.
  • Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors.
  • Lead BHW's application of treatment philosophy in the field.
  • Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Develop progress reports detailing client achievement.
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
  • Conduct supervision, parent education, and adaptive behavior treatment protocol modification based on assigned cases' authorized treatment hours.
  • Responds to family/client/staff concerns in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • Must be BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals.
  • Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans.
