Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Supervise and Mentor Staff: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to our team of behavior technicians, caregivers, and other clinical staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.
  • Lead Clinical Operations: Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of our organization, including case management, data collection, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our services are meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Stay Current with Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to ensure that our services are evidence-based and effective.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Psychology or Related Field: A master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, or a related field is required.
  • BCBA Certification: Must be certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or hold a qualified licensed healthcare professional status.
  • Experience Working with Autism: A minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with autism is required.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting is essential.
