About the Role

As a BCBA Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for developing individual intervention plans, providing support and supervision to behavior technicians, and leading the application of treatment philosophy in the field. You will also be responsible for monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly, and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals.
  • Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
  • Previous experience as a Behavior Technician implementing ABA treatment plans.
