Strategic Retail Partnerships Lead

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and analytical Key Accounts Manager to join our US Retail team at Nanit. This key position will be responsible for driving growth and delivering revenue targets through strategic retail partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of managing revenue and vendor relationships, and a passion for supporting Nanit's mission as a disruptor in the IoT and baby industries.
Job Description- Deliver revenue targets by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with customers
- Develop and implement strategies to meet targets and address performance gaps across key channels
- Foster strong buyer-level relationships with customers and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas
- Negotiate and manage promotional spend within specified channels
- Analyze sell-through performance and identify opportunities to achieve sell-in projections
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in sales or trade, with a proven track record of managing revenue and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales goals
- Self-motivated, business-driven, and passionate about supporting Nanit's mission
The salary for this role is $105,000 - $120,000 OTE. The compensation includes an On-Target Earnings (OTE) structure, which combines base salary and performance-based incentives, as well as equity and benefits. Additionally, Nanit offers access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
