About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Executive to join our team at Elev8 Fun. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals, focusing on corporate clients and social market bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of sales initiatives and promotions.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of current sales experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue focused on event/ticket sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sport Management, or Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
