Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians to deliver high-quality service to our customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including customer information, service schedules, and team performance metrics
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Certified Commercial Operator License (or ability to test for) preferred
