Clinical Partnerships Manager

The Clinical Partnerships Manager will oversee community offices in Greenwich and Stamford, providing psychotherapy to children and families. This role represents the organization within the community, advocating for children's mental health and collaborating with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and agencies to increase referrals and mental health awareness.
- Participate in interagency teams to promote mental health services and address unmet needs.
- Act as the Child Advocacy Center's Systems Advocate, ensuring clinicians meet NCA's training standards and collaborating with the Director of Victim Services.
- Provide community presentations, workshops, and mental health awareness activities to promote the organization's expertise.
- Offer program statistics and outcome data to funders, highlighting the scope and outcomes of clinical work.
- Provide reflective and administrative supervision to staff supervisees, promoting clinical expertise and timely completion of clinical documentation.
- Devote 50% of time to providing psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group therapy modalities, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Conduct comprehensive child and family assessments, including diagnostic and clinical formulations.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, program meetings, in-service training, and staff development initiatives.
- Masters degree in clinical social work or community counseling required; Psy.D or PhD in psychology.
- Independent licensure in Connecticut or another state and ability to become independently licensed in Connecticut.
- Two to five years post-degree experience providing clinical assessments, individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy with children, adolescents, and families with complex mental health and/or substance abuse disorders.
- Ability to complete clinical assessments and other documentation in English; fluency in Spanish a plus.
- Skill and comfort developing relationships with key community constituents and referral sources to advocate for mental health needs.
- Strong public-speaking skills; familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Slides, and other presentation platforms.
- Computer skills required; familiarity with electronic health record systems a plus.
- Cross-cultural competence and sensitivity required to succeed in an agency committed to working with a diverse patient population.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and use of personal car.
- Hours will vary; schedules range Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm and Saturdays.
- Minimal physical effort required; must be able to operate computer and telephone continuously.
