Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team at a 300+ bed acute care facility in Southern Connecticut. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and performing all respiratory services under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize respiratory equipment to deliver high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other Respiratory Therapists to ensure quality care and patient outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with respiratory diseases
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management
