We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Project Manager - Senior to join our dynamic team in Austin, Texas.

This role is pivotal in delivering quality products and solutions to our customers by understanding product strategy and customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities include developing business cases, gathering requirements, managing risks, and conducting post-project evaluations.

You will also support the development of documentation, training, and best practices to enhance team efficiency.

Key Skills:

  • Strong project management skills in financial services, systems development, and product development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop concise presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interface with stakeholders from technical staff to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of formal development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP Certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading communications and platforms.
  • Experience in matrix-managed environments and collaboration across multiple departments.

This position is based in Austin, Texas, United States, and requires working onsite 3 times a week in a hybrid model.
