Austin, Texas, United States SEON Technologies Full time

At SEON Technologies, we're on a mission to revolutionize fraud prevention. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Scoring Engine.

The Scoring Team is responsible for evaluating the Rules defined by Fraud Analysts on our Admin Panel. This involves collecting relevant data from internal subsystems, handing it over to our Rule Evaluation Engine, and calculating the final score, labels, and more.

We're looking for a seasoned product leader to drive the strategic development and execution of the Scoring Engine's rule configuration and execution layer. Your expertise will help us enhance fraud prevention capabilities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive innovative product solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the formulation and execution of product strategies in alignment with the company's vision for the Scoring Engine.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to define comprehensive product plans and roadmaps.
  • Driving alignment and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Establishing and managing advanced product metrics to optimize user adoption, engagement, and performance.
  • Leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of technical solutions.

Requirements include:

  • Background in software development, technical program management, or systems architecture.
  • Expertise in managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks, JIRA, and technical product management tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

We offer a competitive package, including employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), flexible hours, generous holiday allowance, access to learning and development opportunities, and private health insurance.
