- Candidate Attraction: Employ diverse sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and academic conferences, to draw in top-tier candidates.
- Screening and Interview Coordination: Conduct preliminary screenings, arrange interviews, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with academic units and hiring authorities to grasp their staffing requirements and offer insights on optimal recruitment and selection practices.
- Building Talent Pipelines: Establish and nurture a network of potential candidates for future vacancies by cultivating relationships with academic professionals and institutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment efforts adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and institutional guidelines.

- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience, particularly in academic or higher education settings, is preferred.
- Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of academic hiring processes and requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with academic tenure systems, research funding mechanisms, and faculty development processes is advantageous.
