Responsibilities:

  1. Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum to meet the unique needs of each child.
  2. Create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters learning and development.
  3. Develop strong relationships with parents and families to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
  4. Support the success of your center by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  5. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.


Requirements:

  1. Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
  2. CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  3. Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  4. Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  5. Physical ability to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  6. Ability to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
  7. Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
