Role Summary:

We are in search of a committed and client-oriented Support Consultant to become a part of our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a smooth interaction with our software. You will collaborate closely with financial executives, including CFOs, CEOs, controllers, and finance directors, guiding them to fully utilize Jirav's platform to enhance their financial strategies and outcomes.

Key Duties:

  • Client Assistance: Deliver timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels. Address issues related to our software, including troubleshooting technical challenges and responding to product inquiries.
  • Issue Management: Recognize and escalate intricate technical challenges to the relevant internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Product) and ensure follow-up for prompt resolution.
  • Documentation Development: Aid in the creation and upkeep of support materials, including FAQs, user manuals, and training resources.
  • Client Insights: Collect and communicate client feedback to the product team to enhance the software and improve user experience.
  • Process Enhancement: Remain informed about industry trends and best practices in customer support and FP&A, and proactively recommend enhancements to our support procedures.
  • Onboarding Support: Work alongside internal teams, such as professional services and customer success, to assist in the onboarding of new clients by troubleshooting and resolving unforeseen issues.
  • Tool Utilization: Employ tools such as Jira, HubSpot, and Elastic for tracking issues, managing client relationships, and conducting analyses.
  • Confidentiality Assurance: Uphold the confidentiality of client information and account details at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Client-Centric Approach: Proven experience in a customer service role, showcasing a dedication to exceptional service. Experience in managing support tickets and adhering to service level agreements is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial models and financial statements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong troubleshooting abilities and a quick learner of new software applications.
  • Project Coordination & Client Engagement: Capable of gathering information, identifying appropriate solutions, and guiding clients through a smooth and educational experience.
  • Content Creation: Comfortable in developing and updating documentation and instructional videos to align with platform updates.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely. Confidently engage with financial executives and business leaders.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a creative approach to resolving challenges.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Finance, Information Technology) or a comparable combination of education and experience.
