About the Role:

The Residential Concierge is a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of service and attention. This role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing information on hotel events, amenities, and services, as well as responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner. They will also be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes, and for knowing what activities are available in the city and establishing close contacts with people in these areas to provide information and ticketing services for residents.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide information on hotel events, outlets, and amenities
  • Answer telephones at the residences concierge desk, deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc. to condominiums
  • Perform special projects as deemed necessary by your direct supervisor or the Residential Office Manager
  • Ability to properly handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes
  • Ability to know what activities are available in the city and establish close contacts with people in these areas to provide information, ticketing, reservations, etc. for residents

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time (early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays)

US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location. Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship
