Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring that their needs are met and they have a positive experience with our organization.
  • Public Health Coverage Enrollment: Assist patients with public health coverage program applications, ensuring they have selected a primary care provider and have access to necessary healthcare services.
  • Insurance Education: Educate patients on their insurance options and benefits, helping them make informed decisions about their healthcare.
  • Community Outreach: Participate in community outreach activities, engaging with patients and promoting our services to ensure they have access to quality care.
  • Case Management: Serve as a case manager for patients, helping them navigate the healthcare system and access necessary services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduation; AA or BA in Social Services is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience is required; preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interpret instructions, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Bilingual preferred, but not required.
