Key Responsibilities

Integrator Capability Development:

  • Assist in the creation of training materials and lead training sessions for integrators.
  • Address any inquiries or support requests from integrators.
Engineering Assistance:
  • Guide integrators on optimal system designs for Exotec products, balancing customer requirements with cost efficiency.
  • Help integrators comprehend functionalities, unique features, limitations of Exotec products, and best practices for integration.
  • Evaluate technical proposals in collaboration with integrators.
  • Review and approve integrator design documentation prior to installation.
Operational Support for Active Sites
  • Oversee the performance of Exotec systems.
  • Investigate the root causes of performance issues, coordinating with integrators to implement corrective actions.
  • Resolve issues escalated from the Exotec Control Center and integrators.
  • Assist integrators in maintaining their systems with the latest updates.
  • Support integrators with inquiries regarding Exotec services (e.g., systems in production, pre-production servers).
Continuous Improvement of Exotec Products & Services
  • Investigate the root causes of issues raised by the Control Center or integrators and propose improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with Exotec teams to implement preventive measures for future challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or software engineering or mechatronics.
  • Technical Proficiencies (while not all may apply, if you resonate with 70%, we encourage you to reach out):
    • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
    • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
    • Basic understanding of networking concepts.
    • Experience or familiarity with Git, NodeRed, and Docker.
    • Ability to interpret code in C++, C, Python, JS, and/or Java.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data interpretation.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Enjoys teamwork and collaboration.
  • Willingness to work on-call shifts outside of standard office hours, including some overnight and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to travel for work up to 35-50% of the time.
