Job Title: Integrator Performance Engineer

Exotec is a leading innovator in robotics and artificial intelligence, revolutionizing the way companies fulfill their orders and interact with customers. As an Integrator Performance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of our robotic solutions with our customers' systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain training programs for integrators, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively implement Exotec solutions.
  • Provide technical support to integrators, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with integrators to design and implement optimal system configurations, balancing customer needs with cost considerations.
  • Review and validate integrator design documents to ensure compliance with Exotec standards.
  • Analyze system performance issues, working with integrators to identify and implement solutions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, software, or mechatronics engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with integrators and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends, and travel for work up to 35-50% of the time.
