Job Summary

USA Health is seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team of medical professionals. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and operating radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide competent patient care to diverse patient populations, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Operate radiographic and support equipment, selecting proper technical factors to ensure accurate images.
  • Perform routine diagnostic x-ray procedures and assist physicians in examinations by mixing and pouring contrast media.
  • Rotate within the department or areas of the department to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
  • Adhere to prescribed standards for Radiation Safety and utilize a personal computer or terminal to access the Hospital Information System.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of an approved course in Radiologic Technology.
  • Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Diagnostic Radiology within twelve months of employment.
