POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator at EMCOR Government Services will play a crucial role in managing corporate and client-focused communications while developing and sustaining marketing channels for the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and acquiring leads; assist various teams in project development by crafting and submitting proposals; navigate seamlessly across marketing platforms including digital, print, and content collaborations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for company-wide and customer-facing events: work collaboratively with others to plan, coordinate, and oversee events, including vendor management, logistics, and administrative tasks that require cross-departmental communication.
  • Leverage proprietary company data for sourcing and developing leads while collaborating with multiple teams to monitor progress on both returning and new business opportunities.
  • Organize meetings and presentations for both internal and external communications; this includes campaign planning, program summaries, and competitive assessments.
  • Conduct research and create relevant content for social media platforms: engage with sources, write, edit, and publish content across various social media channels.
  • Perform administrative duties as necessary and undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe software
