Objective:
The Senior Business Process Consultant is a proactive expert tasked with guiding, strategizing, designing, and enhancing business operations and product management within connected vehicle services. This role necessitates close collaboration with various departments and leadership to facilitate strategic decision-making and bolster financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all facets of connectivity service-related business planning and operations.
- Evaluate, define, and refine business processes.
- Serve as a principal consultant and liaise with internal and external teams to formulate proposals.
- Review, amend, and draft contracts in conjunction with diverse stakeholders.
- Create ad-hoc reports tailored to business requirements.
- Administer and manage Purchase Orders (PO), Good Receipts (GR), and Change Requests (CR) alongside Finance and Procurement teams for billing purposes.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancement.
- Monitor and align financial data with Finance's Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) teams to oversee revenue and expenditures.
- Analyze and interpret intricate financial data and trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis, comparative analysis, trend analysis, and performance metrics.
- Develop forecasts grounded in business insights and trends.
- Track budgets and forecasts to observe variances and document insights for future projections.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses to evaluate potential financial impacts of business decisions and support strategic planning.
- Ensure adherence to financial standards and policies.
- Assess financial risks and devise strategies for mitigation.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in IT or industry roles related to consulting, strategic planning, business process design, and IT governance, or relevant project experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Telematics, Telecommunications, or automotive sectors.
- Implement best practices for general business, administrative, and operational procedures.
- Exhibit a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in preparing financial reports and analyses.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and adaptability to various situations.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
- Work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Build relationships across stakeholders in business and IT sectors.
- Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Fusion).
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary Range: $112,830 to $173,756
