About the Role:

As a Senior Meat Cutter at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for driving sales in your area and delivering exceptional customer service to our members. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an Expert: Maintain in-depth knowledge of meat products, equipment usage, and backroom operations, and provide high-quality meat products to members by processing meat according to specifications.
  • Be a Tech-Savvy Associate: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, and maintain a work area according to company policies and procedures.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience and modeling high-quality service and products.
