This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under general supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Life Enrichment: Develop and implement activities, programs, and events that promote personal satisfaction and enrichment for our residents.
  • Communications: Develop and disseminate communication materials, such as newsletters, flyers, and activity calendars, to promote resident awareness and engagement.
  • Event Planning: Plan and implement creative activities, outings, and programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Management: Manage the activities budget, supervise the activities team, and ensure the smooth operation of activities programs.
  • Social Connectivity: Foster social connectedness among residents, gather feedback, and adjust programs to meet resident needs.
  • Autonomy: Work under general supervision, with a high degree of autonomy and independence.

Qualifications:

  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of people and departments.
  • DETAIL ORIENTED: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • SELF-DIRECTED: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and exceed expectations.
