Bookkeeper Job Description

RightClick is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join their team. As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and post daily cash, check, and credit card deposits with precision and accuracy.
  • Manage all aspects of AP/AR, including posting invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing vendor checks for payment.
  • Receive and post payments, and prepare monthly accounts receivable statements with attention to detail.
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborate closely with the Controller to contribute to the financial management of five store locations.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable.
  • Strong organizational skills, accountability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
