Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a medical or veterinary setting
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
