Key Responsibilities
The Property Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in supporting the leasing functions and financial success of assigned properties. Responsibilities include:
- Executing all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
- Welcoming and qualifying prospective residents.
- Initiating the screening process for potential residents.
- Finalizing lease agreements.
- Conducting property tours and showcasing available units.
- Following up with prospective and new residents to ensure satisfaction in their leasing decisions.
- Addressing resident inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Communicating lease expirations and facilitating renewals.
- Maintaining appealing model units and amenities.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives and resident engagement events.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or leasing.
- Familiarity with apartment management regulations at the federal, state, and local levels is preferred.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
The compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Additional Requirements
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, the employee must be able to sit for extended periods and navigate various work environments. Effective verbal communication with colleagues and residents is essential. Occasional travel to different properties may be required.
