Job Overview

ASRC Federal Holding Company is a leading provider of systems engineering, software development, integration, and project management services for critical defense operations. We are currently in search of a Senior Resource Analyst to provide financial oversight and resource allocation support for exploration and scientific missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive senior-level financial and resource management support for the designated division and associated projects, focusing on budget development, execution, and monitoring.
  • Conduct analysis of contracts and task orders to identify cost trends, collaborating with project teams to assess variances between planned and actual expenditures, and generate monthly status updates.
  • Prepare and manage budgets as assigned, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Assist technical teams with all financial-related tasks, including cost estimation, financial assessments, and budget strategy.
  • Generate financial reports for management and resource teams to track projected budgets, funds received, direct costs, reimbursable expenses, and available funds.
  • Perform variance analysis comparing planned versus actual costs.
  • Ensure proper commitment, obligation, and costing of funds by established deadlines.
  • Oversee workforce planning, conduct labor analysis, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Support the creation of presentation materials as required.
  • Propose efficiencies and process enhancements for the organization.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate timelines for competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills, including lookup functions and pivot tables.
  • Must meet government NAC and citizenship/residency requirements for access to relevant facilities, with a thorough background investigation required.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
