Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our team at Sandia Resort & Casino. As a key member of our senior services team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our senior nutrition and activities programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the senior nutrition program, ensuring compliance with all food service and health requirements.
  2. Plan, implement, and supervise culturally appropriate center-based activities, including educational, health/fitness, social, and recreational programs.
  3. Coordinate home delivery of meals and ensure timely and accurate delivery of meals to eligible participants.
  4. Manage and maintain food inventory, including receiving and stocking incoming orders/shipments.
  5. Supervise and train senior program team members, ensuring they meet performance standards and adhere to safety procedures.
  6. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual statistical and administrative reports.
  7. Conduct needs assessments and home visits as required, maintaining confidentiality of participant information.
  8. Develop and implement outreach and recruitment strategies to encourage eligible participants to engage in center activities.
Requirements
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; two years' experience in elderly services or social services preferred.
  2. Valid New Mexico driver's license required; ability to obtain and maintain other licenses and certifications as determined by management.
  3. Ability to work odd and unusual hours, including rotating shifts and weekend work.
Working Conditions

The Senior Program Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, subject to inclement weather, sharp objects, cuts, and bruises. The position requires walking on uneven, flat, muddy, and hard surfaces.
