Job Summary

Alsco Inc is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll team and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the payroll team and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll for employees located in multiple states, ensuring adherence to different state-specific requirements.
  • Coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems, and work with HR to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates.
  • Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Resolve any payroll-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Generate regular payroll reports and provide analysis to management as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing, coaching and developing a payroll team.
  • 5+ years' progressively responsible payroll experience with hands-on processing payroll, preferably in a multi-state environment.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification required.
What We Offer

Alsco Inc offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 DOE, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
