Job Description

This CNC Field Service Technician role is a critical component of our Customer Support Department, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC equipment at customer facilities.

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, calibrate, maintain, diagnose, and repair CNC equipment and accessory equipment at customer facilities.
  • Provide operator training, networking between systems, software applications, preventive maintenance, major assembly replacements, alignments, overhauls/refurbishments, upgrades/retrofits, and un-installation services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, built on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and excellence.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background, preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CNC equipment, its components, and operation principles.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $82,500 per year, plus comprehensive benefits, generous vacation time, and opportunities for professional development.
