Your expertise will be invaluable in providing high-level customer service and satisfaction, while also demonstrating excellent time management and proactive communication skills. You will collaborate effectively as part of a team, multitask, and work under pressure to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently complete technical analysis on complex systems

  • Experience with Electro-Mechanical systems
  • Handle difficult customer situations with logical troubleshooting
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and proactive communication
  • Multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Collaborate effectively as part of a team
  • Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Build transparent communications internally and externally
