About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Castle Rock Asset Hospitality Management LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in managing the financial activities of our hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and secure assets, minimizing outstanding receivables and investments inventories.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Department Heads to create operational budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and submit files for shared services to prepare check runs.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements, including month-end close reporting with associated commentary.
  • Serve as the primary contact for cash management, performing regular audits of issued cashier banks and controlling the main hotel safe.
  • Manage all aspects of accounts receivable, including credit evaluation, receiving deposits, producing group bills, and timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls in all departments.
  • Maintain all contracts, leases, and other legal and financial records.
  • Implement and support property operating policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and government regulations.
Requirements
  • A competitive salary range is estimated to be between $85,000 and $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
