Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Regional Asset Manager to manage our portfolio of properties in the Southeast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate operations, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

The selected individual will be responsible for preparing and implementing annual operating and capital budgets, as well as monitoring property performance and identifying areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include managing vendors, maintenance personnel, and tenant relations, as well as coordinating outside consulting services and third-party vendors.

The successful candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and follow through on assignments. A Bachelor's degree and CPM certification or equivalent are required, along with at least 5 years of prior experience in multi-property management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement annual operating and capital budgets
  • Monitor property performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage vendors, maintenance personnel, and tenant relations
  • Coordinate outside consulting services and third-party vendors

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience
