Electrical Systems Design and Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Production Electrical Engineering Expert. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing manufacturing processes for instrumentation and control with associated interfaces.
The Electrical Engineer (Production) will be responsible for designing, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing electrical systems used in production environments. This includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure product reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, modify, and analyze various electronics systems, including hardware, power engineering, and power electronic engineering.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in existing products or systems and make modifications as needed.
- Compile and evaluate design and test data.
- Analyze, develop, and recommend design approaches.
- Lead a group of engineers on technical activities and ensure timely completion within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Prior experience diagnosing and resolving issues related to circuit card assemblies (CCAs) to ensure optimal functionality and reliability in electronic systems.
- Fluency in technologies and application domain.
- Ability to lead a technical group independently.
Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $250,000 per annum.
